A double forged iron made from soft 1020 low carbon steel that provides superior feel and sound and finished with nickel - chrome plating.
The manufacturing process of forging forms the iron head by pressing and pounding the steel with a hydraulic pressure press at very hot temperatures. A more complicated process than the more prolific investment cast irons where the metal is heated and poured into a mold. As a forging the C1 Pro is less prone to defects that affect casting.
The design has been forged with as much weight as possible in the heel and toe perimeters for the purpose of increasing the overall MOI of the head.

The C & M models represent a true Player's forged iron with a compact head profile design, Tour grind radius sole, low offset and perfect Center of Face CG location. Both models are forged from 1035 Carbon Steel. The 555C is available in Right Hand #2-9, PW, AW & SW while the 555M is avilable #3-9, PW, AW & SW. Both models conform to the USGA requirement for scorelines.
